Villa Sawah is located, in Umalas,
4,5 kilometers from Seminyak and around
2 Kilometers from La Lucciola' s beach.
It is composed of three separated buildings.
The land is 6000 square meters, the
swimming-pool is about twenty meters
long. The building part is composed
of three teak wood old traditional
houses from Java, where are settled
5 bedrooms: three master-bedrooms,
and two guest bedrooms, all air-conditioned,
four bathrooms one with Jacuzzi, a
very big dining and lunch area, two
terraces overlooking the rice fields...
These houses are all furnished with original
antique furniture and decorated with
old pieces from different islands from
the archipelago.
The Houses have TV with parabola, telephone,
Stereo...
We can rent either the whole compound
or one self contained villa, including
two bedrooms and a huge leaving area
overlooking the pool and the rice field.
In both case, the rental of the villa
includes the service of a very friendly
and efficient staff, English speaking
and providing daily maintenance, free
laundry service, shopping, cooking, and
service of the meals. The cooks can cook
French, Italian and Indonesian food,
and bake cakes.
If the guests wish so, we also can provide
a car with a driver knowing all our addresses
of restaurant, shops, beaches. A professional
Spa service is also available in the
villa, with a reduced rate for our guests... |
