The Hotel Villa Ombak is on Trawangan, one of Lombok
oasis, just off its rugged and verdant North-western
coastline. From Bali Gili Trawangan can be reached
with a magnificent Australian built catamaran leaving
from Benoa or Sanur in the morning, going along
the beautiful eastern coast of Bali and reaching
the neighboring island Gili Meno after about 3
hours.
From there it's only 5 minutes by speedboat
to the hotel, or alternatively is just 25 minutes
low cost flight to Mataram and 50 minutes drive
that hugs the Western coastline or speedboat will
bring you to the hotel in less than 30 minutes.
The Hotel Villa Ombak [Ombak means waves], the first hotel
on this magical island, is a place that balances
the comforts of fist class accommodation with the
natural beauty that surrounds.
Hotel Villa Ombak features the natural grass roof building stele
of Lombok and its neighboring islands, to blend
harmoniously with the islands landscape.
Featuring 24 Lumbung
huts and 12 Bungalow rooms, that all have
Air conditioning, Satellite TV, Minibar,
Internet, IDD and in room Safety deportee
box.
The Lumbung huts, with their romantic
and exotic charm, make the most of outdoor
living. The luxurious terrace is open to
both the early morning sun and the moon and
stars at night.
The Bungalow rooms are half
houses that have large sleeping and living
areas, a terrace facing the gardens and a
spacious semi open bathroom.
