In order to strengthen the integrity of the national territory through determining talks of the sea limit and the land limit with neighbouring countries, for the last two year the Foreign Affairs Department spread out diplomacy of the border or border diplomacy.
His aim was to resolve limits, sea and air of the land territory as the implementation of the concept of the archipelagos principle.
